الملخص
الملخص:إن نجاح المنظمات وبلوغها الأهداف يتوقف على تنمية القدرات والزيادة في مستوى إبداع أفرادها من خلال توفير مناخ ملائم يتسم بالجودة ,ومن هنا بدأ الاهتمام بجودة الحياة الوظيفية وتوفير حياة وظيفية للعاملين بإشباع حاجاتهم من خلال توفير بيئة آمنة ومشاركتهم في اتخاذ القرارات وتوفير الأمن والاستقرار الوظيفي، من هنا هدفت هذه الدراسة للإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية التالية: كيف تساهم جودة الحياة الوظيفية في تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الموظفين متوسطة عباد بوزيان-مغنية-؟ و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم أداة الدراسة باستخدام أداة الإستبانة والتي وزعت على عينة الدراسة و المقدرة بـ 40موظف حيث أشارت النتائج إلى وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية على الالتزام التنظيمي للموظفين داخل متوسطة عباد بوزيان * الكلمات المفتاحية: جودة حياة وظيفية, التزام تنظيمي ,استقراروظيفي. تصنيف jel :D23-M12 Abstract: The success of organizations and their achievement of goals depends on the development of capabilities and the increase in the level of creativity of their members by providing an appropriate environment characterized by quality. Hence, this study aimed to answer the following main problem: How does the quality of work life contribute to achieving organizational commitment among employees at the Abad Bouziane In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study tool was designed using a questionnaire tool distributed to the study sample estimated at 40 employees, where the results indicated a significant and statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the quality of career life on the organizational commitment of employees within the Abad Bouziane medium * Maghnia* Keywords: quality of work life, organizational commitment, job stability.
