دور القيم الدينية في عمل المرأة والعلاقة الزواجية

الملخص

ملخص: ركزنا في هذا المقال على دور القيم الدينية في عمل المرأة والعلاقة الزواجية ، باعتبارها أسمى العلاقات الإنسانية الحميمة التي تجمع بين الرجل والمرأة، والعلاقة الأم للبناء الأسري برمته والرحم الذي تلقح فيه شبكة علائقية ضخمة بين عدد من أفراد الأسرة المتصاهرة، والزواج هو الدعامة التي تقوم عليها الأسرة وهو علاقة اجتماعية شرعية قانونية، تجمع بين الرجل والمرأة ولكل منهما حقوق وعليه واجبات، وقد حث الدين الإسلامي على الزواج لأنه يحافظ على النوع الإنساني ويقي المجتمع من الإنحلال الخلقي، لكن خروج المرأة إلى العمل أعطى للعلاقة الزواجية بين الرجل والمرأة بعدا جديدا يقوم على أساس تحرر المرأة اقتصاديا ، اجتماعيا وسياسيا، الأمر الذي أدى بدوره لأن تتخذ هذه العلاقة صبغة جديدة أبعد من مجرد تحرير المرأة ومنه المطالبة بالمساواة الحقيقية بين الرجل والمرأة وهذا كله كانت له انعكسات على العلاقة الزواجية ، ومن هذا المنطلق فإن العلاقة الزواجية بحاجة إلى منهج ينظم مسيرتها ويضبط سلوكها ولعل أهم ضابط موجه للعلاقات الزواجية والتفاعلات الأسرية هو القيم الدينية، فالدين الإسلامي هو منهج الحياة، ودين تنظيم التعاملات الفردية والاجتماعية، فالقيم الدينية هي التي تحكم العلاقة الزواجية باعتبارها أساس استقرار الأسرة وتماسكها ومن هنا يظهر دور القيم الدينية في تحقيق الاستقرار والتوازن على مستوى النسق والبناء سواء أكان زواجي أو أسري، ومنه تحدد وضبط العلاقات الزوجية والأسرية في إطار المنظومة القيمية الإسلامية، لإعادة بناء شبكة اجتماعية تكون فيها العلاقات بين أفرادها أكثر تماسكا. مما يجدر بنا البحث عن دور القيم الدينية في عمل المرأة و العلاقة الزواجية ؟ الكلمات الدالة: الدور، القيم الدينية ،عمل المرأة ،العلاقة الزواجية ، السلطة. The Abstract We focused in this article on the role of values in women’s work and marital relationship, given it is the most momentous and deepest intimate human relationship that combines a min and a woman and the mother relationship of the entire family structure and the womb in with a huge relational network fertilizes between a number of intermarried family members, and marriage is the pillar upon with it is based .Also the family is a legal social relationship between a man and a woman wherein every party has rights and duties . Besides our religion enjoined us to marry because it preserves the human kind and protect society against moral depravation. Nevertheless with women going to work this has given an other exitent to the marital relationship based on women’s freedom socially, economically and politically .In turn this has caused this relationship to take an other from far from being emancipation of women’s and hence calling for real equality between man and woman, which had repercussions on marital relationship. Accordingly marital relationship is in need for an approach which regulates it’s conrse and controls its behavior , and perhaps the most important control assigned to marital relation and family interaction is religion values, as Islam is a way of life and the religion which organises individual and social dealings. In deed religion values controls marital relationship as it is the main pillar for family stability and cohesion . Hence the role of religions values in achieving stability and balance at the level of coordination and construction, whether is family or marital , and hence defining and controlling marital and family relation within the framework of the Islamic values system to rebuild a social network in which the relation between its members are more intense.
