الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة تداعيات تحدي الفجوة الرقمية على الأمن القومي الجزائري بمفهومه الموسع المتعلق بأمن المواطن والمجتمع. خلصت الدراسة إلى تعدد أسباب ومؤشرات ومظاهر هذه الفجوة، ما يتطلب تبني آليات استباقية لمواجهتها، باعتبارها أحد أنماط التهديدات الأمنية التكنولوجية الجديدة. This study aims to address the repercussions of the digital gap on Algerian national security, understanding the latter in its extensive meaning of citizen and society security. The study concludes that there are multiple causes; indicators and manifestations of the digital gap, therefore there is a need to adopt proactive confronting mechanisms against new technological security threats.
