الابداع الاداري وبيئة العمل الداخلية :دراسة في التأثير والتأثر

الملخص
تطرح هذه الدراسة مسألة في غاية الأهمية،لا سيما في ظل التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي والمعرفي الذي تشهده المنظومة البيئة الدولية العالمية،ألا وهو عملية الابداع الإداري. ولعل جدوى هذا الطرح تبرز في وجود علاقة تأثير وتأثر بين الابداع الإداري وبيئة العمل الداخلية للمنظمات الإدارية. كما أن دراسة موضوع الابداع الإداري وبيئة العمل الداخلية والعلاقة بينهما يتطلب التطرق إلى الاطار المعرفي للابداع الإداري ،بيئة العمل الداخلية ومكوناتها،ثم المعوقات البيئية للإبداع الإداري. ولمعالجة هذه المسألة تطلب الامر التعرض لمتغيرات وسيطة عديدة تتحكم في مدى جودة بيئة العمل الداخلية للمنظمات الإدارية التي تساهم في تنمية الابداع الإداري أو العكس. Summary: This study raises a very important issue, especially in light of the scientific, technological and knowledge development witnessed by the global international environment system, which is the process of managerial creativity. Perhaps the feasibility of this proposition emerges in the presence of an impact and influence relationship between administrative creativity and the internal work environment of administrative organizations. The study of the subject of administrative creativity and the internal work environment and the relationship between them requires addressing the cognitive framework of administrative creativity, the internal work environment and its components, and then the environmental obstacles to administrative creativity. To address this issue, it required exposure to several intermediate variables that control the quality of the internal work environment of administrative organizations that contribute to the development of administrative creativity, or vice versa.
