الاضطرار زمن الجدب في الفقه الإسلاميّ ( ضوابط وأحكام )

الملخص
يهتمّ هذا البحث بإظهار وجمع الأحكام الفقهيّة المتعلّقة بطعام وشراب المضطرّ، وهاته المسائل والأحكام لا بدّ للمؤمن من معرفتها وعدم الجهل بها، لأنّه قد تعصف به الأيّام ويحوجه الزّمان لأن يكون في عداد المضطرّين، أعاذنا الله وإيّاكم من جوح الدّهر. قسّم البحث إلى تمهيد وخمسة مباحث، المبحث الأوّل بعنوان: حدّ الاضطرار أو الضّرورة، المبحث الثّاني: حكم أكل الميتة وشرب النّجاسة للمضطرّ، المبحث الثّالث: القدر المستباح للأكل، المبحث الرّابع: الجنس المستباح للأكل، المبحث الخامس: مسائل متعلّقة بأكل المضطرّ، وفي الأخير كلّل البحث بنتائج وخاتمة. SUMMARY : This researchisconcernedwithshowing and collecting the jurisprudence rulingsrelated to the food and drink of the compelled, and these issues and rulings must beknown to the believer and not be ignorant of them, becausehemayberavaged by the daysthat time needshim to beamong the compelled, mayGodprotect us and youfrom the ravages of time. The researchisdividedinto an introduction and five sections, the first topicisentitled: The limit of necessity or necessity. The second topic: the ruling on eatingdeaddead and drinkinguncleanness for the compelled, the thirdtopic: the permissible amount to eat, the fourthtopic: the sex permissible to eat the passionatetopic: issues related to eating the object, and in the last, the researchisexhaustedwithresults and a conclusion.
