الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور حوكمة المؤسسات في دعم المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية لعينة من 64 مفردة من الموظفين الإداريين والتقنيين بالمؤسسة الصناعية للإسمنت بولايتي بسكرة والبليدة، باستخدام أداة الاستبيان، والمنهج الوصفي والتحليلي ومنهج دراسة حالة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تبني المؤسسة لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية يؤدي إلى تحسين أدائها، وأن قواعد حوكمة المؤسسات تؤكد على أن تكون إدارة المؤسسة مسؤولة، وأن تكون مراقبة بصورة صحيحة، وأن تتعهد بتنفيذ فعالياتها وأنشطتها بطريقة مسؤولة اجتماعياً وبيئياً، من خلال التعزيز من سمعتها وتنمية درجة الرضا لدى أصحاب المصالح، والحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة. This study aims to highlight the role of corporate governance in supporting social responsibility, through a field study for a sample of 64 administrative and technical employees in the cement industrial institution in the states of Biskra and Blida, using the questionnaire tool, the descriptive and analytical method, and the case study method. The study concluded that the institution's adoption of the concept of social responsibility leads to improving its performance, and the corporate governance rules emphasize on the institution management to be responsible, properly monitored and undertake to accomplish its transactions and activities in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, through enhancing its reputation and improving the satisfaction level of stakeholders and maintaining a clean environment.
