الاقتراض وأثره الدلالي في كتب الفقه: كتاب المجموع نموذجًا

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة الألفاظ المقترَضة في كتاب المجموع الذي يعد من أوسع كتب الفقه، يبين معناها، ويؤصلها في اللغة التي اقترضت منها، ويبين كلام اللغويين عليها، ويجيب البحث عن الأسئلة التالية: هل وُجِد في كتاب المجموع ألفاظٌ مقترضة من اللغات المختلفة؟ وما أكثر لغة ظهرت ألفاظها المقترضة عند الفقهاء في كتبهم؟ وفي أيّ شيءٍ تركزت هذه الألفاظ؟ وقد استند البحث إلى منهج وصفي في البحث والتحليل، وقُسِّم إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، التمهيد: أولاً التعريف بظاهرة الاقتراض، وما لها من أثرٍ على ثراء اللغة في مفرداتها، وثانياً: التعريف بكتاب المجموع شرح المهذب، والمبحث الأول: في الألفاظ المقترضة من اللغة الفارسية، والمبحث الثاني: في الألفاظ المقترضة من اللغات الأخرى، والخاتمة. The research aims to study the words borrowed in the book of the Total (Al Majmo’o), which is one of the widest books of jurisprudence, showing their meaning, originating in the language from which they were borrowed, showing the words of linguists. The research also answers the following questions: Did the book of the Total find words borrowed from different languages? What is the language whose borrowed words appeared to jurists in their books? and in what way were these words concentrated? The research was based on a descriptive approach to research and analysis, and was divided into an introduction, and two main sections, and conclusion. The definition of the phenomenon of borrowing, and its impact on the enrichment of the language in its vocabulary, second: the definition of the book of the Total – the explanation of Al Mohathab in which the words were borrowed from the Persian language and the conclusion includes the most important results of the research.
