توظيف الرقمنة والتكنولوجيات الحديثة في حفظ وتحقيق المخطوطات

الملخص
تعالج هذه الدراسة طرق حفظ المخطوط وتحقيقه بتوظيف الرقمنة والتكنولوجيات الحديثة، وعرض لبعض البرامج التقنية المساعدة في ذلك؛ فتم التطرق إلى مفهوم المخطوط، والرقمنة، والمقصود برقمنة المخطوط، زيادة على الحديث عن وسائط الحفظ الرقمي للمخطوط. وفي الحديث عن أشهر البرامج الرقمية المساعدة في تحقيق المخطوط إلكترونيا تم عرض ثلاث برامج مشهورة وهي: نظام التعرف الضوئي على الحروف (OCR)، والبنك السعودي للأصوات،والحاضنات الإلكترونية المتخصصة التي تسمح بتحويل النصوص والمخطوطات المصورة بكاميرات أو مساحات ضوئية إلى نصوص رقمية يمكن فتحها بناشر إلكتروني. وفي آخر هذه الدراسة تم التطرق إلى إيجابيات وسلبيات هذه البرامج الرقمية، وعرض لأهم النتائج المستخلصة، وكانت من أبرزها أن التحدي الأكبر الذي قد يواجه الباحث في دراسته لتحقيق المخطوط الإلكتروني يكمن في التكوين والتدرب في استخدام مختلف التطبيقات والبرامج الإلكترونية الحديثة، زيادة على التكاليف المادية الباهظة لشراء هذه البرامج. Abstract : This study deals with the methods of preserving the manuscript and achieving it by employing digitization and modern technologies, and presenting some technical programs to assist in that; The concept of the manuscript, digitization, and what is meant by digitizing the manuscript were discussed, in addition to talking about the means of digital preservation of the manuscript. Speaking about the most famous digital programs that help in achieving the manuscript electronically, three famous programs were presented: the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system, the Saudi Voice Bank, and specialized electronic incubators that allow converting texts and manuscripts illustrated with cameras or optical scans into digital texts that can be opened with a publisher. electronic. At the end of this study, the pros and cons of these digital programs were discussed, and the most important results were presented, the most important of which was that the biggest challenge that the researcher may face in his study to achieve the electronic manuscript lies in training and training in the use of various modern electronic applications and programs, in addition to the high material costs. to purchase these software.
