الملخص
تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى التعريف بمشروع الرصيد اللغوي الوظيفي وهو مشروع في صورة معجم مدرسي أنجز في سبعينيات القرن الماضي من أجل التيسير على متعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية - في بلدان المغرب العربي –الاندماج في الوسط المدرسي الذي يقدمون إليه بلغة غير اللغة المستعملة في المدرسة بالنظر إلى ما يعرفه الواقع اللغوي من ازدواجية لغوية بين الفصحى والعامية . ويساعد هذا المعجم في تقديم مادة لغوية يحتاجها المتعلم في حياته المدرسية، وفي حياته اليومية بشكل عام، ويتيح له الفرصة للتعبير عن الأغراض والمعاني المتداولة، وهو معجم يتلاءم مع لغة الطفل ومستواه الدراسي. فما المنهجية التي وضعت لبناء هذا المعجم وما الأسس المعتمدة في ذلك؟. Summary: This intervention aims to introduce the functional linguistic balance project, which is a project in the form of a school dictionary that was implemented in the seventies of the last century in order to facilitate for primary school learners - in the countries of the Maghreb - integration into the school environment to which they are presented in a language other than the language used in the school in view of what he knows. This dictionary helps provide language material needed by the learner in his school life, and in his daily life in general, and gives him the opportunity to express the purposes and meanings in circulation, and it is a dictionary that is compatible with the language of the child and his academic level.
