الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تبني مصرف الوحدة بمدينة بنغازي لاستراتيجية المحيط الأزرق، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مدى وجود فروق معنوية لاستجابات المبحوثين حول مدى تبني استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق تعزى إلى بعض المتغيرات الآتية: النوع، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، مدة الخدمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اتبعت الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة، فقد قام الباحثون بتطوير استبانة معتمداً على بعض الدراسات السابقة، حيث تم التأكد من مصداقيتها ومعامل الثبات لها، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في مديري الإدارة العليا والوسطى في الإدارة العامة بمصرف الوحدة بمدينة بنغازي، والذي بلغ قوامه (30) مديراً، وكشفت الدراسة أن المستوى العام لتبني استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق جاء مرتفعاً، وكان أكثر الأبعاد ممارسة بُعد التقليص وبدرجة مرتفعة؛ أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق معنوية لآراء المبحوثين حول تبني استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق تعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية قيد الدراسة باستثناء متغير المستوى التعليمي ولصالح المؤهل الجامعي وبدرجة مرتفعة؛ واخيراً قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي يؤمل اتباعها لتعزيز ممارسة استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق بالمصرف محل الدراسة. The study aims to know the extent to which Wahda Bank in Benghazi adopted the Blue Ocean Strategy, The study also aims to identify the extent of significant differences for the respondents' to the blue ocean strategy due to some of the following variables: gender, age, educational level, service period, and to achieve the desired aims, the study applied the case study method. Therefore, the researchers have developed a questionnaire based on some previous studies, which they were sure of their validity and reliability. The study population was represented in all the directors of middle and high departments in the public administration in the Wahda Bank in Benghazi, They were about (30) director. The results found were summarised as follows: Firstly, The study revealed that level of adoption of the blue ocean strategy collectively was high, Second, the study showed that most implemented dimension is the dimension of reduction and with a high degree. Thirdly, the study showed that there were no significant differences for the opinions of the respondents on adopting the blue ocean strategy due to the personal and functional variables under study except for the educational level variable and in favor of the university qualification and to a high degree . Finally, study provided a set of recommendations that will hopefully be followed for strengthen the practice of the bank's blue ocean strategy.
