الدور الوسيط للأداء الابتكاري في علاقة التأثير بين القدرات الديناميكية وأداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة -دراسة ميدانية على المؤسسات الناشطة في الصناعة الصيدلانية بولاية الطارف-

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى تأثير القدرات الديناميكية بأبعادها الأربعة: قدرات الاستشعار، قدرات التعلم، قدرات التكامل والتنسيق وقدرات إعادة تشكيل الموارد على أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بوجود الدور الوسيط للأداء الابتكاري، لذلك تم توزيع 100 استبانة على العاملين بالمؤسسات الناشطة في الصناعة الصيدلانية بولاية الطارف، وقد تم معالجة 88 استبيان صالح للدراسة باستخدام نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية بالاعتماد على برنامج Smart PLS 4.0. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي لقدرات الاستشعار وإعادة تشكيل الموارد على الأداء الابتكاري، ووجود تأثير إيجابي قوي للأداء الابتكاري على الأداء، كذلك وجود علاقة تأثير غير مباشرة لقدرات الاستشعار وقدرات إعادة التشكيل على الأداء بوجود الأداء الابتكاري كدور وسيط، وعدم وجود علاقة تأثير مباشرة لأبعاد القدرات الديناميكية الأربعة على أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. ومنه توصي الدراسة على ضرورة الاهتمام بوضع الاستراتيجيات المناسبة، ووضعها قيد التنفيذ لتحقيق التكامل والتنسيق وتعزيز قدراتها على التعلم بما يعزز الأداء الابتكاري والأداء. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of dynamic capabilities in its four dimensions: sensing capabilities, learning capabilities, integration and coordination capabilities, and reconfiguration capabilities on the performance of small and medium companies, with innovative performance as an intermediary role. Processing of 88 questionnaires valid for study using structural equation models based on the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The study concluded that there is a positive effect of sensing capabilities and resource reconfiguration on innovation performance, and a strong positive impact of innovation performance on performance, as well as a relationship of indirect influence of detection capabilities and reconfiguration capabilities on performance with the presence of innovative performance as an intermediary role, and the absence of a direct influence relationship with the dimensions of the capabilities of the four dynamics on the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises. Hence, the study recommends the need to pay attention to developing appropriate strategies and putting them into practice to achieve integration and coordination and improve their learning abilities in a way that improves performance and innovative performance
