الملخص
ملخص : يهدف البحث إلى بيان المؤشرات الاقتصادية لقطاع النقل ، ومساهمة قطاع النقل بالناتج المحلي الاجمالي بالأسعار الجارية مليون دولار ، وانفاق ميزانية الدولة على وزارة النقل والمواصلات واخيراً بيان الآليات المقترحة لتطوير قطاع النقل في العراق ، أذ يعاني العراق من غياب استراتيجية وطنية متكاملة تعكس النظرة الشاملة لمختلف عناصر قطاع النقل ، ومن المقترحات المقدمة تبني سياسات وخطط استراتيجية طويلة المدى من اجل المحافظة على استثمارات قطاع النقل الحالية والمستقبلية ، وتكوين فريق عمل دائم لمتابعة المستجدات التي تطرأ مستقبلاً ، ولنجاح عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي لابد من تبني توصيات الخطة الاستراتيجية من قبل مجلس الوزراء ، و تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي للبيانات والاحصاءات الصادرة من الجهاز المركزي للإحصاء لبيان المؤشرات الاقتصادية لقطاع النقل في العراق . الكلمات المفتاحية: المؤشرات الاقتصادية، قطاع النقل، إنفاق، الآليات المقترحة، العراق. Abstract: The research aims to show the economic indicators sector, the contribution of the transport sector to the GDP at current prices is one million dollars, expenditure of the state budget on the Ministry of Transport and Communications, and finally a statement of the proposed mechanisms for developing transport sector in Iraq. As Iraq suffers from the absence of an integrated national strategy that reflects the comprehensive view of the various elements of the transport sector. One of the most important proposals presented is the adoption of long-term strategic policies and plans in order to maintain the current and future investments of transport sector, and formation of a permanent working group to follow up on developments that occur in the future, and for the success of the strategic planning process, the recommendations of the strategic plan must be adopted by the Council of Ministers ,The descriptive and analytical approach of data and statistics issued by the Central Statistical Organization was relied on to show the economic indicators of the transport sector in Iraq Key Words: Economic Indicators, Transportation Sector, Expenditure, proposed Mechanisms, Iraq.
