أهمية المرافقة البيداغوجية في التعليم الجامعي.

الملخص
باتت المرافقة البيداغوجية من المفاهيم التي جذبت اهتمام الباحثين والدارسين في الأعوام القليلة الماضية، لما لها من دور كبير في ضمان جودة التعليم العالي وإيجاد جيل ذو كفاءة وإنتاج، ولهذا كان من مساعي الدولة الجزائرية الحرص على تطبيق أسس نظام ل م د التي تساهم في تحسين مستوى جودة التعليم العالي من خلال وضع عدة معايير تضمن الجودة الشاملة لهذا القطاع الفعال، ومن بين المفاهيم التي أدرجت مفهوم المرافقة البيداغوجية الذي يعد من العمليات التي تساعد الطالب الجامعي على الاندماج في الجامعة وتعمل على توجيهه من اجل تسهيل دراسته ومتابعته وتحقيقه للأهداف المسطرة، لهذا في مداخلتنا أردنا التطرق إلى دور المرافقة البيداغوجية وأهميتها في ضمان جودة التعليم. Pedagogical accompaniment has become one of the concepts that has attracted the attention of researchers and scholars in the past few years, because of its significant role in ensuring the quality of higher education and creating a generation with efficiency and production, and this is why the Algerian state sought to ensure the application of the foundations of the LMD system, which contributes to improving the level of education. The quality of higher education by setting several standards that guarantee the overall quality of this effective sector, and among the concepts that have been included is the concept of pedagogical accompaniment, which is one of the processes that help the university student to integrate into the university and works to guide him in order to facilitate his study and follow-up and achieve the established goals, for this in our intervention We wanted to address the role of pedagogical accompaniment and its importance in ensuring the quality of education.
