الملخص
يمثل هذا المقال محاولة تستهدف تحديد المفهوم الحديث للتغيير الإداري كظاهرة تنظيمية ملازمة لمختلف العمليات الإدارية والمهام القيادية. وذلك من خلال أبرز المضامين النظرية الحديثة في مجال التنظيم اعتمادا على مقاربة تحليلية لأهم النظريات الحديثة في مجال التنظيم والتي سعت إلى معالجة مختلف الظواهر التنظيمية التي شكلت عائقا حال دون بلوغ أهداف المنظمات. This article represents an attempt aimed at defining the modern concept of administrative change as an organizational phenomenon associated with various administrative processes and leadership tasks. This is through the most prominent modern theoretical implications in the field of organization based on an analytical approach to the most important modern theories in the field of organization, which sought to address the various organizational phenomena that constituted an obstacle to achieving the goals of organizations.
