رؤية عن مكافحة الأخطار المهدّدة للتّراث الثّقافي في التشريع الجزائري «دراسة تأصيلية وتحليليّة».

الملخص
تم تسليط الضّوء في هذه الدّراسة على مكافحة الأخطار المهددة للتّراث الثّقافيّ في التشريع الجزائري من خلال الكشف عن أهمها وتبيان مدى خطورتها على التّراث الثّقافي وصونه باعتباره من أهم مكتسبات الأمّم والشعوب، وحلقة الوصل بين حاضرها وماضيها. بالإضافة إلى تحليل أهم العوامل المتحكمة في الأخطار الطبيعيّة كالعوامل الميكانيكية والبيولوجية الفيزيوكيميائية، وكذا تلك المتعلقة بالأخطار البشرية كالحروب والتدمير والسرقات الّتي تتعرض لها الأثار. وأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة هو التّأكيد على تأمين وحماية التّراث الثّقافيّ من هاته الأخطار المحدقة به سواء كانت طبيعيّة أو من صنع البشر. In this study, the spotlight is on combating the dangers threatening cultural heritage in Algerian legislation by revealing the most important of them and demonstrating the extent of their danger to the cultural heritage and its preservation as one of the most important acquisitions of nations and peoples, and the link between their present and their past. In addition to analyzing the most important factors controlling natural hazards such as mechanical, biological and physiochemical factors, as well as those related to human dangers such as wars, destruction and thefts to which the effects are exposed. The most important finding of the study is the emphasis on securing and protecting cultural heritage from these threats, whether natural or man-made.
