الملخص

الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية إلي إبراز واقع حوكمة المؤسسات الفندقية في الجزائر وهذا من خلال التطرق إلى مفاهيم نظرية وأراء المهتمين بكل من الحوكمة والمؤسسات الفندقية على انفراد ثم ربط بين هذين المتغيرين وهذا عن طريق التعرف على المناشير الوزارية والقرارات التي تسير وتنظم هذه المؤسسات إضافة إلى التطرق إلى مقومات السياحية التي تمتلكها الجزائر بعدها التفصيل في معوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق حوكمة المؤسسات الفندقية لنختمها بمجموعة من التوصيات التي من شأنها المساهمة في إرساء الحوكمة للمؤسسات الفندقية في الجزائر . Abstract: This scientific paper aims to highlight the reality of the governance of hotel institutions in Algeria, by addressing the theoretical concepts and opinions of those interested in both governance and hotel institutions individually, and then linking these two variables, and this by identifying the ministerial circulars and decisions that run and regulate these institutions in addition to addressing the The elements of tourism owned by Algeria, then detail the obstacles that prevent the implementation of the governance of hotel institutions, to conclude with a set of recommendations that will contribute to the establishment of governance for hotel institutions in Algeria.
