Résumé Les théories libérales et néolibérales sont rappelées dans les textes du Bureau International du Travail (BIT) et servent de soubassement théorique pour comprendre les effets de l’augmentation du salaire minimum sur l’emploi et le chômage. L’objet de cet article est le traitement du salaire minimum dans la théorie économique ainsi que dans les textes réglementaires internationaux ملخص لتعريف وتحديد المعايير الأساسية لتحديد الحد الأدنى للأجور، يتم استدعاء النظريات الليبرالية والنيوليبرالية في نصوص منظمة العمل الدولية والتي تعمل كأساس نظري لفهم آثار الزيادة في الحد الأدنى للأجور على العمالة والبطالة. موضوع هذا المقال هو معالجة الحد الأدنى للأجور في النظرية الاقتصادية وكذلك في النصوص التنظيمية الدولية. Abstract Liberal and neoliberal theories are recalled in International Labor Office (ILO) texts and serve as a theoretical foundation for understanding the effects of the increase in the minimum wage on employment and unemployment. The subject of this article is the treatment of the minimum wage in economic theory as well as in international regulatory texts.
