الملخص
The handicrafts and crafts sector has become a cornerstone of the Algerian economic fabric, the importance of which is increasingly evident as an effective development sector in the local economy. This led to the attraction of many contractors, especially the female component; Who broke into all fields and was able to impose his position in order to preserve the authentic identity of Algerian women and the national heritage on the one hand, and to contribute from it to advancing the wheel of development by creating jobs and providing products of quality and quality and a competitive advantage that enables them to enter the local markets On the other hand, the world. لقد أصبح قطاع الصناعة التقليدية والحرف مرتكزا قاعديا للنسيج الاقتصادي الجزائري، تتجلى أهميته بشكل متنامي كقطاع تنموي فاعل في الاقتصاد المحلي. الأمر الذي أدى إلى جذب العديد من المقاولين خاصة العنصر النسوي؛ الذي اقتحم كل المجالات واستطاع فرض مكانته حفاظا" على الهوية الأصيلة للمرأة الجزائرية والتراث الوطني من جهة، وإسهاما" منه في دفع عجلة التنمية من خلال خلق مناصب شغل وتقديم منتجات ذات جودة ونوعية وميزة تنافسية تمكنها من الولوج في الأسواق المحلية والعالمية من جهة أخرى.
