الملخص: يُعتبر أمن منطقة الساحل وشمال إفريقيا امتدادا طبيعيا لأمن الجزائر، وبالتالي يجدر بهذا العمق الاستراتيجي أن يحتل المرتبة الأولى في أجندة السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية، ومع ذلك يبدو أن الساحل الإفريقي على وجه الخصوص وبالنظر إلى أهميته الإستراتيجية يبقى محورا تتضارب فيه الرؤى والمواقف الرسمية للجزائر، بالنظر إلى طبيعة القضايا وشبكة العلاقات المشكَّلَة بخصوصها، ولعل هذا العنصر هو الذي ترتكز عليه أهمية الدراسة العلمية والعملية، لذلك بحثت هذه المقالة في إشكالية مدى تأثير معضلات الجوار الإقليمي المتعددة الأبعاد والمركبة، على مساعي تفعيل مقاربة جزائرية أكثر قدرة على الإنجاز والتكيف. لتجد الدراسة ضمن أبرز نتائجها أن تلك المقاربة تنطلق من أبعاد الأمن الوطني لدى مؤسسات الدولة، المدركة لدرجة الخطورة الآتية من جوارها الإقليمي، وهو ما أعاق تلك المقاربة ببعدها الوطني، على مواجهة مختلف التحديات الأمنية بأبعادها الإقليمية، التي تنقلنا إلى محاكاة متطلبات الأمن القومي للجزائر على هذا المستوى. Abstract: The security of the Sahel and North Africa is naturally an extension of Algeria’s security, and a strategic depth that must have a higher priority in the Algerian foreign policy agenda. Due to its strategic importance, the African Sahel, in particular, represents an axis around which the Algerian visions and attitudes seem to be diverse because of the nature of these issues and the network of relationships formed around them. That is probably why this element is worthy of an important scientific and practical study. Therefore, the present article tends to examine the problematic of the extent and impact of the multidimensional and complex regional neighborhood dilemmas on the efforts to activate an Algerian policy through a more capable, adaptable and achievable approach. The present paper, then, concludes that this approach is based on the dimensions of the national security in the state institutions that are aware of the level and degree of danger coming from its regional neighbourhood. That is what hindered the national dimension of this approach, in facing various security challenges and their regional dimensions, the fact lead to the emulation of the requirements of Algeria's national security at this level.
