الملخص
تناولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة موضوع التدريب الإداري ودوره في تطوير قدرات الموظف العام، ويكتسي هذا الموضوع أهمية تكمن في ضبط المنهجية العلمية لإعداد برامج تدريبية فعالة وناجعة، وبناء عل ما سبق طرحنا الإشكالية التالية: كيف تساهم عملية التدريب في تطوير قدرات الموظف العام ؟ وقد أشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن التقيد بمنهجية التدريب يمكن من تطوير مستوى المعارف؛ المهارات؛ السلوكيات؛ ويساهم في تنمية الأداء الوظيفي. Through this study, we dealt with the issue of administrative training and its role in developing the capabilities of the public employee. This topic is important in controlling the scientific methodology to prepare effective and efficient training programs. Based on the above, we raised the following problem: How does the training process contribute to developing the capabilities of the public employee ? The results of the research indicated that adherence to the training methodology enables the development of the level of knowledge; skills; behaviors; it contributes to the development of job performance.
