الملخص
ملخص: تمثّل النظرية الخليلية الحديثة امتدادا لنظرية النحو العربي الأصيلة حاول من خلالها عبد الرحمان الحاج صالح إحياء المصطلح العلمي التراثي نحو طريق جديد للمصطلح اللساني وتأصيل لسانيات العربية، فالتراث اللغوي العربي القديم له قيمته الإبداعية المعرفية، والمنهجية والإنتاجية، لذا يجب تعزيز الوعي بهذه القيمة في مقابل الآخر (النظريات الغربية) بالأدلة العلمية وبالمقارنة الموضوعية التوضيحية، وعلى هذا فإنّ (الوضع والاستعمال) من المصطلحات الأساسية التي تقوم عليها باقي المفاهيم في النظرية الخليلية، وهي العمود الفقري لأيّ لغة، والمدخل لقراءة التراث اللغوي العربي قراءة دقيقة أصيلة، والأداة الإجرائية لضبط المصطلح وترجمته. Abstract The modern theory of El Khalil represents an extension of the theory of authentic Arabic grammar through which Abdul Rahman al-Haj Saleh tried to revive the traditional scientific term towards a new way of linguistic terminology and the rooting of Arabic linguistics. The ancient Arabic linguistic heritage has its cognitive, methodological and productive creative value, so the awareness of this value should be strengthened in relation to the other (Western theories) with scientific evidence and an illustrative objective comparison. Thus, (code and usage) are one of the basic terms on which the rest of the concepts of Khalili theory are based, which is the backbone of any language, the entry to an accurate and authentic reading of the Arabic linguistic heritage, and the procedural tool to adjust the term and translate it.
