الترجمة الفورية في سياق البث الفضائي: دراسة حالة Simultaneous Interpreting In Satellite Broadcasts Context: A Case Study

الملخص
الـترجـمة الـفوريـة المـباشـرة عـبر الـقمر الـصناعـي هي شـكل جـديـد مـن أشـكال الـترجـمة الـشفهية الــفوريـة فـي مـجال الإعــلام، فـرضــته مـقتضيات الـعمل الـفضائـي. حـيث يـقوم فـيها الــترجــمان بـنقل مـعنى الخـطاب الأصـل ومـضمونـه إلـى المـتلقي الهـدف، فـي إطـار مـقامـات تـختلف تـمامـا عـن سـياق تـرجـمة المـؤتـمرات. وفـي هـذا الـصدد، تـتطرق هـذه الـدراســة إلـى إشكالية تـأثـير سـياق الـبث الـفضائــي عـلى معايـير قـياس جـودة الـترجـمة الـفوريـة فـي الـتلفزيـون. حــيث يُعتبر هذا النمط أكـثر أنـماط الـترجـمة الـشفهية صـعوبـة وتعقيدا، بســبب تـأثر جــودة الـترجـمة بـعوامـل خـارجـية، يـنبغي عـلى الـترجـمان أخـذهـا بـعين الاعـتبار عـند نـقله لـلنص إلـى اللّغة الهدف. وقد بيّنت نـتائـج هـذه الـورقـة الـبحثية أنّ تـرجـمان الـقنوات الـفضائـية، ُمـلزم بـتبني معايير البث الفضائي، وهي قـيود لا تُفرض على ترجمان المؤتمرات. الأمر الذي يُؤثر عـلى مـعايـير تـقييم الـترجـمة الـفوريـة فـي الـتلفزيـون وقـياس جـودتـها، والـتي تـتأثـر بـدورهـا بـسياق الـبث الـفضائـي، حـيث يـغلب نـقل الـشكل عـلى المـضمون، وهـو الأمـر الـذي يـنبغي أخذه في الحسبان عند دراسة هذا النمط من الترجمة الفورية. Simultaneous interpreting (SI) in live satellite is a new form of media interpreting. It has been imposed by the requirement of the satellite media’s work. The Interpreter conveys the meaning of the original speech to the target recipient, within contexts that are completely different from conference interpreting ones. In this regard, this paper deals with the problematic of the effect of the satellite broadcasts context on TV interpreting evaluation norms. This type of simultaneous interpreting is considered the most difficult and complex one. Because interpreting quality is affected by external factors, which should be taken into account when transferring the text to the target language. The study’s results showed that TV interpreter must adapt his/her translation to the satellite broadcast’s norms. And such restrictions are not imposed on conference interpreters. So, those norms should be taken in consideration in the evaluation of the TV interpreting, which in turns is affected by the context of satellite broadcasts, where the transfer of the form prevails over the content.
