التّصرّف الإيديولوجي آلية رقابية في التّرجمة

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى اكتشاف الصّلة بين التّرجمة والرّقابة والرّعاية، ومدى انعكاس الأيديولوجيا على الفعل الترجمي، باعتبارها نقطة التّماس بين التّرجمة والرّقابة والرّعاية، وأوجه التّصرّف الأيديولوجيّ في التّرجمة، باعتباره انعكاس لأيديولوجيا المترجم والرّقيب والرّاعي. باعتماد المنهج المقارن ومن أدواته التّحليل، درسنا نماذج من التّصرّف الأيديولوجيّ في ترجمتين عربيّتين لكتاب محمّد أسد (الطريق إلى مكّة). تمّ التّوصّل إلى أن التّصرّف الأيديولوجي، وسيلة تُمكّن الفاعلين من حَرف الخّطّ الأيديولوجيّ للنّصّ الهدف، ممّا قد يحول دون تطابق هدفي التّرجمة والنّصّ المصدر، فهو بذلك آليّة للهيمنة الثقافيّة في يد مؤسّسات أو أفراد موجِّهين. وقد برهنت الدّراسة أن ليس للمترجم دائما اليد العليا في تحديد الأهداف وضمان الحياد. Abstract: This study aims to investigates the correlation between translation, censorship and patronage; the extent to which ideology is reflected in the act of translation, as it is the interface between translation, censorship and patronage; and the forms of ideological manipulation in translation, as it is a reflection of the translator, censor and patron’s ideology. Using comparative analysis, we studied samples of ideological manipulation in two Arabic translations of Muhammad Asad's The Road to Makkah. Ideological manipulation, was found to be a means by which agents may deviate the ideological orientation of the target text, which may prevent the aims of translation and the source text from being identical. Hence, it is a mechanism for cultural hegemony in the hands of manipulating institutions or individuals. The importance of these findings lies in the realization that the translator does not always have the upper hand in setting aims and ensuring impartiality.
