الملخص
إن الإعلان عن وقف إطلاق النار بين الطرفين الجزائري والفرنسي، والتوجه إلى المفاوضات، يعد نصرا عظيما للشعب الجزائري وتضحياته الجسيمة خلال ثورته المظفرة حيث تم الاتفاق بأن يدخل حيز التنفيذ بكامل التراب الوطني يوم الاثنين 19ما رس 1962 بداية من منتصف النهار، إذ لاقى هذا الحدث المهم ردة أفعال على مختلف المستويات وفي مختلف مناطق العالم، وسجلت مواقف ولجهات شعبية ورسمية، ولشخصيات نافذة ومؤثرة في الساحة السياسية، والاجتماعية والإعلامية.
