دور الرقابة التنظيمية في تحسين جودة العمل

الملخص
ولقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لإيضاح مكانة جودة العمل و دور الرقابة في تحسين جودة العمل كإستراتجية لدفع عجلة التنمية في المنظمات، و ولعل الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة هل للرقابة التنظيمية دور في تحسين جودة العمل أي هل تحقق فعالية و تساهم في تنمية وتحسين الأداء العامل في المنظمات ، وقد أظهرت عدت دراسات أن الرقابة تؤثر في عملية تحسين جودة العمل ولها دور كبير وفعال في المؤسسة، وان محددات الجودة تؤثر على تحسين أداء العمال بالمؤسسة، حيث إن العمل قرين بالرقابة فنرى إن تغير في المسار بشكل طفيف يؤدي بالمنظمات إلى الاضمحلال، وهذا ما يجب إن لا تغفل عليه المنظمات فكلما كانت الرقابة التنظيمية فعالة وبمعايير جيدة كان الأداء مميز وفعال وكانت النتيجة جودة حياة مهنية سوية وصحية لكل العمال. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرقابة التنظيمية ، الجودة، جودة العمل، الرقابة التنظيمية على جودة العمل. This study came to clarify the status of work quality and the role of oversight in improving it, and perhaps the main objective of this study is to know whether organizational control has a role in improving work quality, that is, does it achieve effectiveness and contribute to the development and improvement of working performance in organizations, and several studies have shown that Control affects the process of improving the quality of work and has a significant and effective role in the institution, and that the determinants of quality affect the improvement of the performance of workers in the institution. Since work is associated with oversight, we see that a slight change in the path leads organizations to decay, and this is what organizations should not overlook. The more effective the organizational control and with good standards, the performance is distinctive and effective, and the result is a healthy and healthy professional life for all workers. Cette étude est venue clarifier le statut de la qualité du travail et le rôle de la surveillance dans l'amélioration de la qualité du travail en tant que stratégie pour faire avancer le développement dans les organisations .Dans les organisations, plusieurs études ont montré que la surveillance affecte le processus d'amélioration de la qualité du travail et a un effet significatif et efficace. rôle dans l'organisation, et que les déterminants de la qualité affectent l'amélioration de la performance des travailleurs dans l'organisation. Étant donné que le travail est associé à la surveillance, nous voyons qu'un léger changement de trajectoire conduit les organisations à la décadence, et c'est ce que les organisations ne doivent pas négliger. Plus le contrôle organisationnel est efficace et avec de bons standards, plus la performance est distinctive et efficace, et plus la résultat est une vie professionnelle saine et saine pour tous les travailleurs.
