نحو إحياء مشروع الأطلس اللّسانيّ للبلاد التونسيّة

الملخص
يسرد المقال مراحل إحدى تجارب الأطالس اللسانية التي شهدت تطبيقا فعليّا على أرض الواقع، فلم تبق حبيسة المرجعيّات النظريّة، ويرصد أهم المراحل التي شهدها إنجاز الأطلس اللّساني التّونسي على الميدان بين 1998 و2001 انطلاقا من تتبّع جذوره التّأسيسيّة في ثمانينات القرن الماضي داخل الفضاء الأكاديمي بالجامعة التّونسيّة، وصولا إلى انطلاق الأشغال التحضيرية سنة 1997 والزيارات الميدانيّة بداية من غُرّة جويلية / تموز 1998، وما تبعها من جمع للمعطيات وتحليل للبيانات وتوثيقها ومعالجتها. وقد كانت كتابة الدولة للبحث العلمي بالجمهوريّة التونسيّة وراء هذا الإنجاز ورعايته من الناحية التنظيمية مركز الأبحاث والدراسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بتونس وأشرف عليه من النواحي العلمية والأكاديمية في مرحلة تنفيذه الأستاذ الطيب البكّوش. The article reviews one of the linguistic experiences in the world that witnessed an actual implementation and did not remain trapped in theoretical references. It monitors the implementation of the Linguistic Atlas in Tunisia on the ground between 1998 and 2001 and tracing its theoretical roots during the eighties of the last Century in the academic Departments at the Tunisian University until the start of the preparatory work since 1997, the field visits starting from July 1st 1998 and the subsequent data analysis and publication of articles up to the year 2001 as well as the continuation of his retrospective responses until 2021. The Ministry of scientific research in Tunisia was behind this achievement. At the organizational aspects it was sponsored by the Center for Economic and Social Research and Studies in Tunisia CERES, and it was supervised from the scientific and academic sides by Prof. Taîeb Baccouche.
