من الكفاية اللغوية إلى الكفاية التواصلية مقاربة تعليمية في ضوء الاتجاهين التوليدي التحويلي والتواصلي From Linguistic Competence To Communicative Competence An Educational Approach In Light Of Transformational-generative And Communicative Approaches

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعريف بمحاولات تفسير اكتساب اللغة وتعلمها من وجهتين: الأولى آراء تشومسكي الذي يرى أن اللغة منظومة من القواعد يجب التمكن منها لاستيعاب نظام اللغة وقواعدها وتحقيق عمليتي الاكتساب والتعلم ، وقد أطلق عليها مصطلح الكفاية اللغوية ( بما تتضمنه من مستويات لغوية: صوت، وصرف، ونحو، ومعجم). و الثانية آراء ديل هايمز الذي يرى أن اكتساب اللغة وتعلمها لا يمكن أن يتحقق من دون التحكم في كفاية تواصلية تسمح للمتكلم والمستمع على حدّ سواء من استعمال اللغة في سياق اجتماعي وثقافي. وقد خلصنا إلى أن متعلم اللغة يحتاج إلى التحكم في الكفايتين: اللغوية التي تجعله متحكما في نظام اللغة وقواعدها، والتواصلية التي تجعله متحكما في قواعد اجتماعية وثقافية، وتفاعل متبادل بين أطراف العملية التواصلية، تتيح له استعمال اللغة في الوضعيات الحقيقية وشتّى المواقف التواصلية. Abstract : This article aims to examine the attempts that have been made to interpret language acquisition and learning from two approaches: we presented Chomsky's approach and views as a pioneer of the transformational-generative grammar school of thought, considering that language is a system of norms that must be adapted to accommodate the language system and rules and achieve acquisition and learning processes, and has been termed language competence (which in cludes the following linguistic levels: phonology, morphology, grammar and vocabulary). The second approach was to present Dell Hymes' views that the acquisition and learning of a language cannot be achieved with out possessing a communicative competence that allows both the speaker and the listener to use the language in a social and cultural context. We have concluded that a language learner should possess the two competencies: the language competence that makes him or her in control of the language system and rules and the communicative competence that makes him or her in control of social and cultural norms, and efficient mutual interaction between the parties to the communication process, allowing him or her to use the language in real situations and various communicative situations.
