الملخص
الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى ابراز تحليل بيئة العمل في المنظمات حيث وقع اختيارنا على مؤسسة ديوان الترقية و التسيير العقاري فرع ولاية الجلفة من أجل تسليط الضوء ميدانيا، وذلك من خلال التطرق لمفاهيم بيئة العمل ، وكذا معرفة الأهداف المسطرة من طرف مؤسسة ديوان الترقية و التسيير العقاري فرع ولاية الجلفة من جهة أخرى، ولذلك من وجهة نظر موظفي المؤسسة محل الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر فعال لأبعاد بيئة العمل لتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة من جهة وأهداف الأفراد من جهة أخرى ولك حسب وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. Summary The study aims to highlight the analysis of the work environment in the organizations, where we chose the Institution of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management, the branch of the state of Djelfa, in order to shed light on the field, by addressing the concepts of the work environment, as well as knowing the objectives set by the Institution of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management Branch of the Wilayat Djelfa, on the other hand, and therefore from the point of view of the employees of the institution under study. The study concluded that there is an effective impact of the dimensions of the work environment to achieve the goals of the institution on the one hand and the goals of individuals on the other hand, according to the viewpoint of the study sample.
