Résumé

This paper focuses on comparative analysis of skills mobilized by Tunisian sports animators operating in the touristic sector. The observed animators benefit from three different formations (On the job Training, Academic nine months and three years university learning). The method used to analyze their practices in the field was the observation. A sample of nine animators in activity was observed in holiday clubs, in 3 times a week apart. The chosen disciplines were aerobics and water aerobics. The results of this empirical investigation show that sports animators who have received university academic skills had higher university skills than those on the job or in a vocational track.
