دراسة استكشافية حول مؤشرات قياس أداء وظيفة الموارد البشرية "دراسة ميدانية على عينة مختارة من شركة الفتح لصناعة الاسفنج"

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لاستكشاف الأطر المرجعية لأهم مؤشرات قياس أداء وظيفة الموارد البشرية واسقاطها على شركة الفتح لصناعة الإسفنج، ثم مطابقة النتائج مع الأطر المرجعية لهذه المؤشرات من أجل قياس مدى التوافق بينها. ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة الرئيسي تم الاعتماد على استمارة استبيان تضمنت مجموعة من المؤشرات الرئيسية لقياس أداء وظيفة الموارد البشرية وزعت على عينة عشوائية من إطارات ومسيرين بالشركة محل الدراسة مقدرة ب (38) فرد، وقد اسفرت النتائج المتوصل اليها على وجود توافق لا بأس به بين ما تم التوصل اليه من أهم مؤشرات في الأطر المرجعية للدراسة وبين ما هو معتمد عليه بشركة الفتح لصناعة الاسفنج. This study aims to explore the frames of reference for the most important indicators for measuring the performance of the human resources function and project them to Al-Fath Company for the Sponge Industry, and then match the results with the reference frames for these indicators in order to measure the extent of compatibility between them. In order to achieve the main objective of the study, a questionnaire was relied on, which included a set of key indicators to measure the performance of the human resources function, which were distributed to a random sample of staff and managers in the company under study, estimated at (38) individuals. What was reached from the most important indicators in the frames of reference for the study and what is relied upon by Al-Fath Company for the Sponge Industry.
