التكييف الفقهي للتضخم النقدي

الملخص
من أبرز المشكلات الاقتصادية المعاصرة التي تمسّ اليوم أغلب دول العالم مشكلة التضخم، فكثير من الأفراد والجماعات اليوم يعانون من ظاهرة التضخم. ولقد اعتنى العلماء المعاصرون بهذه الظاهرة، وكان هذا هو موضوع هذه الدراسة، التي كانت في مبحثين، بينت في المبحث الأول مفردات الدراسة وتعريفها، فذكرت في المطلب الأول مفهوم النقود وفي الثاني مفهوم التضخم. أما في المبحث الثاني فقد ذكرت فيه التكييف الفقهي للتضخم النقدي، وبيان آراء العلماء فيه، مع استعراض أقوالهم وأدلة كل فريق، مع بيان الراجح الذي يظهر ملائمته لمقاصد الشريعة. One of the most prominent contemporary economic problems affecting in most of the countries of the world the problem of inflation, there are a lot of peoples and community where from the phenomenon of inflation. Contemporary scientists have taken care of this phenomenon, and this was the subject of this study, which was in tow detectives, the first in terms of the study and its limits, and the concept of inflation . In the second detective of air-conditioning jurisprudential monetary inflation and avenues in witch scientists, and we are encouraged by scientists, including former evidence with each team, and we choose appeared adapted the purposes of shariah .
