دور الرسوخ الوظيفي في تدعيم سمعة منظمات الأعمال: دراسة تطبيقية على شركة إسمنت تبسة

الملخص
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير أبعاد الرسوخ الوظيفي المتمثلة في المواءمة التنظيمية والمجتمعية، التضحية التنظيمية والمجتمعية، الروابط التنظيمية والمجتمعية على تدعيم سمعة المنظمة وتم إجراء البحث على العاملين بشركة إسمنت تبسة، وتمثل مجتمع البحث في 130 عاملا بشركة إسمنت تبسة، واستخدم الباحث المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، تحليل المسار وتحليل الانحدار البسيط وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد، وتوصل البحث إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الرسوخ الوظيفي ككل على تدعيم سمعة المنظمة، واقترح الباحث أن تقوم إدارة شركة إسمنت تبسة بإشراك العاملين في المساهمة في تنمية أنشطة المجتمع مثل تقديم التبرعات لبناء المدارس والمستشفيات وتزويدها بالتجهيزات المناسبة وبناء المساكن للفقراء مما يحقق المسئولية الاجتماعية للشركة تجاه المجتمع، ويحسن من سمعتها في المحيط. The research aimed to identify the impact of the dimensions of job embeddedness represented in organizational fit, community fit, organizational sacrifice, community sacrifice, organizational links and community links on supporting the corporate reputation. The research was conducted on the workers of the Tebessa Cement Company, and the research community was represented in 130 workers of the Tebessa Cement Company. The researcher used arithmetic averages, standard deviations, path analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis, and the research found a positive significant, statistically significant effect of the dimensions of job embeddedness as a whole on corporate reputation of the organization. The researcher suggested that the management of Tebessa Cement Company involve the workers in contributing to the development of community activities, such as making donations to build schools and hospitals, providing them with appropriate equipment, and building housing for the poor, which achieves the company's social responsibility towards the community, and improves its reputation in the environment.
