الملخص
The research is divided into two parts. The first part, which is theoretical, handing own literature municipal budget in terms of preparation and follow-up of municipal finance and operations for the purpose of inventory control projects and services and to ensure the proper functioning of the public interests. The second part, he applied, was dedicated to the methodology of modeling linear in the distribution of expenditures on projects or work in the city Miliana budget for the year 2012, the plan addresses the procedures that need to be entered in the credits of these projects to make it effective.
