نظام العزابة وآلياتها في ضبط الجماعة الإباضية بمزاب

الملخص
نظام "العزابة" في "مزاب"، نظام اجتماعي أثبت قدرته في ضبط الجماعة الإباضية قرابة ألف عام. نظام جدير بالبحث عن سرّ بقاءه وفعاليته. سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثيّة أن نكشف الأسس القاعدية التّي يتشكّل منها هذا النّظام؛ وكيف أسّست منظومة القيم للعقيدة الإباضية قواعده ليستجيب لوضع إباضية شمال إفريقيا المضطّرب؟ ابتدأت خطتنا المنهجيّة بمعرفة سبب ابتكار نظام العزابة ليكون بديلا عن "إمامة الكتمان"، ولماذا اختار منطقة مزابَ كمأمن يلجؤون إليه رغم قساوة طبيعتها، وما الذي مكَّنَه من أَنْ يكون المرجعية السّلطوية فيه بوجود سلطة "العوام" القبلية؛ ولكون المجتمع المزابي يقوم على قاعدة دينية فقد حاولنا تسليط الضوء على العقيدة الاباضية، حيث تحليل مبادئها سيكشف عن منظومة القيم الأساسية التّي اعتمدها نظام العزابة في تسيير شؤون المجتمع المزابي، وضبط علاقاته الدّاخلية والخارجية بما يحفظ للجماعة المزابية تماسكها وتضامنها مهما كانت حالتها، وأخيرا عرض التحدّيات التّي تواجه نظام العزابة في الدّولة الوطنية وانعكاسات ذلك على السّياسة المحلية، وردود أفعال المزابيين حيال هذه الانعكاسات. The "Azzaba" system in "M’zab" is a social system that has proved its ability to control the the Ibadite community for nearly a thousand years. It is worth investigating the survival and effectiveness of this system. In this research paper، we seek to uncover the basic foundations that make up this system، why did the Azzaba system choose M’zab as a safety zone، even though it is a difficult area to live in، and what enabled this system to be the authoritarian reference in "M’zab" with the existence of the "Awam" tribal authority. Considering that M’zab society is based on religious grounds، we try to shed light on the Ibadite doctrine so that the analysis of its principles will reveal the system of the fundamental values adopted by the "Azzaba" system in running the Mozabite society، and controlling of its internal and external relations in a manner that preserves cohesion and solidarity in all circumstances and situations. Finally، the paper presents the challenges facing the "Azzaba" system in the national state and their implications on local politics، and the reactions of the Mozabites towards these repercussions. Le système « Azzaba » de « M’zab » est un système social qui a prouvé sa capacité à contrôler la communauté Ibadite depuis près de mille ans. Il vaut la peine d’étudier la survie et l’efficacité de ce système. Dans cet article de recherche, nous cherchons à découvrir les fondements fondamentaux qui composent ce système, pourquoi le système Azzaba a-t-il choisi M’zab comme zone de sécurité, même si c’est une zone difficile à vivre, et ce qui a permis à ce système d’être la référence autoritaire dans « M’zab » avec l’existence de l’autorité tribale « Awam ». Considérant que la société M’zab est fondée sur des motifs religieux, nous essayons de faire la lumière sur la doctrine Ibadite afin que l’analyse de ses principes révèle le système des valeurs fondamentales adoptées par le système « azzaba » dans la gestion de la société Mozabite, et le contrôle de ses relations internes et externes d’une manière qui préserve la cohésion et la solidarité dans toutes les circonstances et situations. Enfin, le document présente les défis auxquels est confronté le système « azzaba » dans l’État national et leurs implications sur la politique locale, et les réactions des Mozabites face à ces répercussions.
