قراءة سوسيولوجية للأليات التنموية في إطار عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي للمؤسسات الجزائرية ـ مؤسسة سونلغاز أنموذجا ـ

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع التخطيط الاستراتيجي الذي يعد من المواضيع الحساسة المرتبطة بعمليات التقصي في هذا الميدان للوقوف على العديد من الاليات بهدف الوصول إلى البدائل لتعزيز ميدان التنمية في جميع المجالات وتحديدا ميدان الموارد البشرية، وعليه تقع المسؤولية على عاتق مسؤولي وقادة المؤسسات من أجل الدراسة والتدقيق لرصد أهم الاليات الداعمة التي تشجع على تحقيق أهداف تنموية على مستوى المؤسسات بصفة عامة والمؤسسة الجزائرية تحديدا. يتم الاشارة في هذا المقال إلىاستخدام المقاربة المنهجية الوصفية والتي احتاجت منا جمع المعلومات من خلال تنظيم العديد من المقابلات الحرة وإعداد استمارة تضم مجموعة من الأسئلة موجهة إلى عينة من الفئات السوسيومهنية تضم 143 فردا على اختلاف مستوياتهم من أجل تسهيل عمليات التحليل والتفسير والغرض النهائي من ذلك هو الوصول إلى مجموعة من النتائج الملخصة في أن عملية التخطيط الإستراتيجي للمؤسسة الجزائرية ـ سونلغازـ تتماشى بالموازاة مع الخطة التنموية لها متضمنة القدرة على تحقيق المشاركة في الأهداف. This research aims at highlighting the topic of strategic planning, which is one of the sensitive subjects associated with investigations in this field, in order to identify many mechanisms with a view to reaching alternatives to strengthen the field of development in all areas,specifically the field of human resources. Responsibility for the study and scrutiny of the most important supporting mechanisms that promote the achievement of development goals at the institutional level in general and the Algerian institution in particular. Reference is made in this article to the use of the methodological and descriptive approach that required us to gather information through the organization of several free interviews and the preparation of a form with a set of questions addressed to a sample of socio-professional categories of 143 individuals at different levels in order to facilitate, the analysis and interpretation processes and the ultimate purpose of this is to reach a set of conclusions summarized in that the strategic planning process of the Algerian Foundation - Sonelgas.- The research paper aims to describe the benefits of green innovation as a mechanism for achieving sustainable development by promoting environmental sustainability, as well as achieving the competitive advantage through which the advancement of societies. Green innovation is the advantage of modern, environmentally friendly progress and preservation by supporting projects, especially those adopted by emerging and small enterprises. This is for the sake of preservation, environmental security and the prosperity of nations.
