Obstacles Of The Application Of Total Quality Management In The Directorate Of Youth And Sports From The Point Of View Of Workers And Employees Of The Souk Ahras Directorate Of Youth And Sports.

Abstract

Through this study, we tried to become familiar with the issue of obstacles to the application of total quality management in the Directorate of Youth and Sports from the point of view of Souk Ahras. The research sample consisted of 27 male and female workers and employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports, Souk Ahras. We used the descriptive analytical method based on the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The most important results reached through this study were the existence of organizational obstacles, administrative obstacles, human obstacles, and financial obstacles that prevent the application of total quality management in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Souk Ahras. حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الالمام بموضوع معوقات تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة في مديرية الشباب و الرياضة من وجهة بسوق أهراس، وكانت عينة البحث مكونة من عمال و موظفي مديرية الشباب و الرياضة سوق اهراس من كلا الجنسين و البالغ عددهم 27 عامل و عاملة ، واستعملنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي معتمدين على الاستبيان كاداة للدراسة. وكانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها من خلال الدراسة ،وجود معوقات تنظیمیة تحول دون تطبیق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق اهراس، كما توجد معوقات إداریة تحول دون تطبیق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق اهراس، بالإضافة لمعوقات بشریة تحول دون تطبیق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق اهراس، كما توجد معوقات مالیة تحول دون تطبیق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق اهراس .
