الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إعطاء تصور متكامل، وتعريف واضح للتخريج على فروع الأئمة وأصولهم، يجلّي حقيقته، ويبرز أهميته، مع بيان أنواعه وأقسام كل نوع، وحتى لا يقع الالتباس فيه؛ وضحتُ أن التخريج في اصطلاح الفقهاء والأصوليين مرتبتان: مطلق ومقيد، فالأول مرادف للاجتهاد المطلق، والثاني بمعنى الاجتهاد المقيد، وهو الذي اصطلحت عليه "التخريج على فروع الأئمة وأصولهم"، ثم بيَّنت كيف أنه ساهم مساهمة فعالة في نشأة وتطور علم أصول الفقه، وعلم الفقه وقواعده وأسباب الخلاف فيه. Abstract: This study aims to give an integrated concept, and a comprehensive definition of Applying to the branches of Imams and their origins, clarifies its truth, and highlights its importance, with an explanation of its types and sections of each type, so as not to be ambiguous; I explained that Application in the terminology of jurists and fundamentalists is of two ranks: Absolute and restricted, as the first is synonymous with absolute ijtihad, and the second, restricted ijtihad, which was termed ‘‘Application to the branches of Imams and their origins’’, then I explained how it effectively contributed to the emergence and development of the science of principles of jurisprudence, the science of jurisprudence and its rules and the causes of disagreement in it.
