المؤتلف الإنساني في التجربة الحضارية العمانية.. امتداد تاريخي وعمق مقاصدي The Human Recombinant In The Omani Civilizational Experience- Historical Extension And Depth Of My Intentions

الملخص
ملخص الدراسة تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في تقديم التجربة العمانية الحضارية في صناعة المؤتلف الإنساني، كنموذج عملي في استثمار الرصيد التاريخي للعلوم الإسلامية وتفعليها الحضاري في ظلال المقاصد العالية للشريعة الإسلامية والمصالح الكلية والجامعة للبشرية جمعاء. وتنبع إشكالية الدراسة من الاضطراب الحاصل في العالم الذي يحمل توجسا من مآلات العلاقات الإنسانية وشكلها وماهيتها؛ مما يستدعي تفعيل التصور الإسلامي في تحقيق المؤتلف الإنساني والتعايش المشترك بين الشعوب والأمم مع وجود الاختلافات الطبيعية وتعدد الثقافات والأديان، في سبيل النهوض بالمجتمع الإنساني وإعادة التوازن له. وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان التصور الإسلامي الصحيح لمبدأ التآلف الإنساني، وتوضيح دور مقاصد الشريعة في بناء وتفعيل المؤتلف الإنساني والتعايش السلمي، مع تقديم نموذج تطيبيقي من خلال عرض التجربة العمانية الحضارية الفريدة في الائتلاف الإنساني قديما وحديثا. وقد اقتضت تلك الأهداف اعتماد منهجية للدراسة تقوم على المنهج الاستقرائي مع توظيف المنهج التحليلي. وقد كانت أبرز نتائج الدراسة والمأمول منها: صياغة منهج عملي حضاري للتآلف الإنساني يقدم للعالم لاستشراف حياة متوازنة يعيش فيها الناس على أساس الكرامة الإنسانية والعدالة والحقوق الأساسية، وبناء منظومة أخلاقية عالمية متعلقة بالسلوك البشري تنطلق من الفطرة السوية والمشتركات الإنسانية وتتجاوز التصنيفات والاختلافات الطبيعية بين البشر. الكلمات المفتاحية: مؤتلف؛ إنساني؛ حضاري؛ عماني؛ مقاصد. _____________________________ Abstract The importance of this study lies in presenting the civilizational Omani experience in the industry of human synergy, as a practical model in investing the historical balance of Islamic sciences and their civilized activation in the shadows of the high purposes of Islamic law and the overall and universal interests of all mankind. The problem of the study stems from the turmoil in the world, which bears apprehension about the outcomes, form and nature of human relations. This calls for activating the Islamic conception in achieving human harmony and coexistence between peoples and nations with the presence of natural differences and the plurality of cultures and religions, in order to advance the human society and restore balance to it. Accordingly, this study aims to clarify the correct Islamic conception of the principle of human harmony, and to clarify the role of the purposes of Sharia in building and activating human harmony and peaceful coexistence, while presenting an application model by presenting the unique civilizational Omani experience in the humanitarian coalition, ancient and modern. Those goals necessitated the adoption of a study methodology based on the inductive method with the use of the analytical method. The most prominent ambitions and results of the study were: formulating a practical, civilized approach to human harmony that presents the world to anticipate a balanced life in which people live on the basis of human dignity, justice and basic rights, and building a global ethical system related to human behavior that stems from common instinct and human commonalities and transcends classifications and natural differences between humans. الكلمات المفتاحية: مؤتلف؛ إنساني؛ حضاري؛ عماني؛ مقاصد.
