مواقف دول المعسكر الغربي من القضية الجزائرية -1954-1962م

الملخص
يضم المعسكر الغربي ثمانية عشر قطرا ،ان أهو ميزة يتصف بها هي امكانياته الصناعية والثقافية الباهرة ، وما من شك أن زعيم هدا المعسكر هي الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ، أمابريطانيا فتأتي في المرتبة الثانية ، تليها ألمانيا الغربية ، أما فرنسا فانها تأتي في الأخير رغم تبجحاتها وادعاءاتها ، اذا كانت دول المعسكر الغربي لا تتردد في مساعدة بعضها البعض كلما اعترضت احداها مشكلة من مشاكل الحرب الباردة فان تضامنها الفعلي يتعطل عندما تكون المشكلة من النوع الاستعماري . لقدحاولت فرنسا بكل قواها ادماج القضية الجزائرية في قضايا الشيوعية العامة بحيث يصبح في امكانها استخدام جميع الوسائل والأجهزة التي أعدت لمواجهة الخطر الشيوعي الروسي كما ان المعسكر الغربي يتظاهر بمناهضته للاستعمار وهو تظاهر اضطر اليه ليقاوم الدعاية الشيوعية الماهرة التي ترجع الى عهد لينينن ، لكنه من الانصاف أن نوضح أن بعض أقطار الكتلة الغربية مثل الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وايرلندا ودول أمريكا اللاتينية – التي كانت مستعمرات سابقا – تحمل شعورا خفيا معاديا للإستعمار ، ولا يمكن أن ننتظر هذا الموقف من بريطانيا وفرنسا وبلجيكا واسبانيا وهولندا والبرتغال لأن بعضها كانت له مستعمرات تحررت والبعض الآخر مايزال مسيطرا على بعض مستعمراته. The western camp includes eighteen countries, and what is distinguished by it is its brilliant industrial and cultural capabilities. There is no doubt that the leader of this camp is the United States of America, while Britain comes in second place, followed by West Germany, and France comes in the last despite its pretensions and claims. If the countries of the Western camp do not hesitate to help each other whenever one of them encounters a Cold War problem, then their actual solidarity is disrupted when the problem is of the colonial type. France has tried with all its might to integrate the Algerian cause into the issues of general communism so that it can use all the means and devices that were prepared to confront the Russian communist danger, just as the Western camp pretends to be anti-colonial, a demonstration that was forced to resist the skilled communist propaganda that dates back to the era of Lenin, but it is only fair that We make it clear that some countries of the Western bloc, such as the United States of America, Ireland and the Latin American countries - which were former colonies - bear a hidden anti-colonial feeling, and we cannot wait for this position from Britain, France, Belgium, Spain, Holland and Portugal, because some of them had colonies that were liberated and others are still in control of some of his colonies.
