الحق في الصحة في التشريعات المصرية

الملخص
الحق في الصحة حق شامل، فهو لا يقتصر على تقديم الرعاية الصحية المناسبة فحسب، بل يشمل أيضًا المقومات الأساسية للصحة منها: الإمداد الكافي بالغذاء الآمن والتغذية والمسكن، الحصول على مياه الشرب المأمونة والإصحاح المناسب، الظروف الصحية للعمل والبيئة، الحصول على التوعية والمعلومات فيما يتصل بالصحة، بما في ذلك الصحة الجنسية والإنجابية ويتضمن أيضاً الحق في الصحة حرياته في أن يكون في مأمن من معالجته طبياً واستحقاقه في الاستفادة من نظام حماية صحية متكامل يتيح التكافؤ في الفرص للحصول علي أعلي مستوي من الصحة يمكن بلوغه. وتم التأكيد عليه في معاهدات حقوق الإنسان الدولية والإقليمية، وفي الدساتير الوطنية في مختلف أنحاء العالم. لذا كان اختيارنا لهذا الموضوع حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان حقوق الافراد وذلك من خلال توضيحها في التشريعات الوطنية وأيضاً توضيح المبادرات المصرية لتحقيق العدالة الصحية وحق الفرد في الحصول علي الصحة البدنية والصحة العقلية السليمة. The right to health is a comprehensive right, as it is not limited to the provision of appropriate health care, but also includes the basic determinants of health, including: adequate supply of safe food, nutrition and housing, access to safe drinking water and adequate sanitation, healthy working conditions and the environment, access to education and information regarding health, including sexual and reproductive health. The right to health also includes his freedom to be safe from medical treatment and his entitlement to benefit from an integrated health protection system that provides equal opportunities to obtain the highest attainable level of health, It has been affirmed in international and regional human rights treaties, and in national constitutions around the world. Therefore, we chose this topic as the study aims to clarify the rights of individuals by clarifying them in national legislation as well as international conventions and the Egyptian rights of the individual to obtain physical health and sound mental health.
