الملخص
We wanted behind this article to highlight the status and importance of the art of writing and messaging in TlemcenAlziyaniah as a sultanic plan or job of which "Al Sairafi" has spoken the following, "The venerable, Commissioned, high-stated writing which is the one whritten in presence of royalties involving construction to other kings of the nations". And is enough to know that the first author in Islam is the Messenger of Allah Mohammed, peace be upon him while he Contacted kings and princes and tribal leaders inviting them to convert to Islam, and Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him followed his steps, and after him Omar ibn El Khatab may Allah be pleased with him who established the construction discourse, and the prosperity of writing was confirmed by the letter of Sultan Abu Musa Hamou the second to Abdul Rahman ibn Khaldun when he requested to make him a writer saying: "The pen of our dynasty and the regularity in the line of our ancestors is devoted to you for it has the impregnable rank and the highest stature" The art of writing and messaging has reached an important status thanks to the promotion of the sultans and princes, and among the writers who have gained prominence in the corners of the Orient and Al maghreb Abu El Abbas Ahmad El Mokri, who reached excellence in this art
