الملخص
This article discusses the issue of the Almohad design of reform, development and the changes it has experienced throughout the life of this dynasty. The study is based on seven official messages from al-Mahdi and the four Caliphs his successors. The article is divided into two parts, the first focusing on reforms that intend to install the fundamentals of the Almohad state, the second concerned with the development and change that affected some reforms; namely the administration, the procedures for the execution of the death penalty, wine control and the issue of Mahdism and Infallibility. The main conclusion we have drawn from this study is the flexibility and the continuous change of attitudes Almohad vis-à-vis these issues based on facts and daily events; which clearly shows political realism that characterized this state as well as the limited use of the community and its commitment to the principles of reform.
