أهمية الدراسات المستقبلية وضرورة توطينها عربيا الدراسات السياسية نموذجا

الملخص
تعمل الدول ومختلف المنظمات والهيئات إلى التوجه نحو إضفاء طابع العقلنة والتفكير الممنهج للتأسيس في تعميق الدراسات المستقبلية وجعلها نشاطا علميا قائما بحد ذاته، لهذا جاءت هذه الدراسة في إطار التنويه إلى ضرورة تبني هذا المسعى في مختلف المجالات وبخاصة مجال العلوم السياسية الذي من شأنه أن يؤسس إلى حقل دراسات مستقبلية يزودنا بمعرفة مستقبل الظاهرة السياسية خاصة في الوطن العربي من أجل تحسين جودة الأداء الإداري والسياسي والاستراتيجي وتحسين نوعيته ومحاولة التخفيف من وقع النتائج السلبية غير المرغوب فيها . The countries and various organizations and organizations are working on rationalization and systematic reflection to establish a deepening of future studies and make them a scientific activity in its own right. For this reason, this study was part of the observation of the need to include this effort in various fields, in particular the field of political science, which would constitute a field of future studies which brings us a knowledge of the future of the political phenomenon, especially in the Arab world, in order to improve the quality of administrative, political and strategic performance, to improve its quality and to try to mitigate the impact of unwanted negative results.
