عصرنة قطاع العدالة بالجزائر

الملخص
في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية التي شهدتها دول العالم بات لزاما على الدولة الجزائرية وكغيرها من الدول العمل على عصرنة الخدمات المقدمة من طرف المرافق الحساسة والقطاعات الاستراتيجية كقطاع العدالة ومصالح الحالة المدنية والمؤسسات المصرفية وقطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي. ففي قطاع العدالة، عملت الجزائر على اتخاذ إجراءات تشريعية وتقنية وتنظيمية لمواكبة التطورات التي أفرزتها تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات مما ينعكس بالإيجاب على المواطنين والمتقاضين ولمساعدي العدالة. وعلى هذا الأساس بدت مظاهر عصرنة قطاع العدالة واقعا ملموسا، وذلك عن طريق الحصول على خدمات الوثائق القضائية عبر مواقع الالكترونية، كما أدخلت في أروقة المحاكم تقنيات حديثة تم تسخيرها لخدمة مرفق العدالة كتقنية السوار الالكتروني وتقنية المحاكم عن بعد ... الخ. Abstract: In light of the technological developments witnessed by the countries of the world, it has become imperative for the Algerian state, like other countries, to modernize the services provided by sensitive facilities and strategic sectors such as the justice sector, civil status interests, banking institutions, higher education sector and scientific research. In the justice sector, Algeria has taken legislative, technical and organizational measures to keep pace with the developments brought about by information and communication technology, which will have a positive impact on citizens, litigants and justice aides. On this basis, the manifestations of modernization of the justice sector appeared to be a tangible reality, by obtaining judicial documents services through websites, and modern techniques were introduced in the corridors of the courts that were harnessed to serve the justice facility Such as electronic bracelet technology and remote court technology ... etc.
