الرياضة بين التوظيف السياسي و إهدار المال العام

الملخص
ساهمت الألعاب الرياضية منذ أقدم العصور في التأكيد على قِيم نبيلة كالتعارف و التسامُح ، وقد بلغ من درجة أهميتها راهنا أن الدول و الشعوب ،اعتبرتها مجالا لتأكيد الذات و تنمية الشعور الوطني ، غير إن تنظِيمها لم يسلم من تدخل العامل السياسي في توظيفها و لو على حساب إهدار المال العام ، بحيث أصبحت تُستعمل كوسيلة للخطاب الأيديولوجي ،بغرض اكتساب الشرعية السياسية ،و شراء السلم الاجتماعي، في مقابل إهمال قضايا التنمية الأساسية بعد رصد هذه الملاحظات نسعى من خلال هذه الإشكالية إلى دراسة كيفية تحول الألعاب الرياضية ، إلى وسيلة للتوظيف السياسي و إهدار المال العام Since ancient times, sports have contributed to emphasizing noble values such as acquaintance and tolerance, and has reached such a degree of importance now that countries and peoples consider it an area for self-affirmation and the development of the feeling of national identity and the sense of belonging to a community. However, their organization has not escaped the interference of the political intrusion in their employment, even at the expense of wasting public money, so that sports events have become nowadays an instrument used in ideological discourses, aiming to gain political legitimacy, buying social peace, while neglecting the basic development issues,
