الملخص
تهدفُ هذه الدّراسة إلى تسليط الضّوء حول ظاهرة العنف اللّفظي في مجتمع المغرب الأوسط خلال نهاية العصر الوسيط، والتّعرف على الذّهنيّة العامّة من خلال التّوقّف عند هذا الانحراف في السّلوك، اعتمادًا على الكتب الفقهية. وأبرز مقاصد هذه الدّراسة الموسومة ب: "تجلّيات العُنف اللّفظي في بلاد المغرب الأوسط من خلال المدوّنة الفقهيّة(ق.7-9ه/13-15م) " الوقوف على ظاهرة العنف اللّفظي في النّصوص النّوازليّة؛ كما تُركّز هذه الدّراسة الضّوء حول الفئات التي صدر عنها العُنف اللّفظي، والفئات المعنّفة، بُغية الإجابة عن الإشكال التالي: ما خلفيّات وتجلّيات ظاهرة العنف اللّفظي في المغرب الأوسط من خلال المدوّنة الفقهية؟ اعتمادًا على عدّة مقاربات وفق إجراءات منهجية، وعَرضِها مُوثّقة حسب تقنيات البحوث المنهجية، بعد جمع المادّة من مصادرها وتحليلها وإعادة صياغتها بما يخدُم عناصر الدّراسة. This study aims to shed light on the phenomenon of verbal violence in the middle Maghreb society during the end of the medieval era, and to identify the general mentality by stopping at this behavior deviation. Depending on a jurisprudence sources. This study, it is tagged with “Manifestations of Verbal Violence in the Middle Maghreb through the jurisprudence blog (C.7-9 A.H./13-15A.D.) Standing on the phenomenon of verbal violence in the Nawazl texts. This study enlightens on the groups from which verbal violence originated, and the abused groups, to cover the answer: What are the backgrounds and analyzes of the phenomenon of verbal violence in middle Maghreb through the jurisprudential blog? Depending on several approaches according to methodological procedures, and their presentation documented according to methodological research techniques, after collecting the material from its sources, analyzing it and reformulating it to know the elements of the study.
