الملخص
يعيش الجوار الجغرافي للجزائر الذي يمتد لأكثر من ستة ألف كلم وضعا أمنيا غير مستقر ، يهدد بشكل مباشر الأمن القومي بفعل التقاطع بين الجماعات الإرهابية و تجار المخدرات و الجريمة المنظمة و تبيض الأموال في الصحراء الكبرى ، و التي كانت لها تداعيات مؤثرة على استقرار و أمن الجزائر خاصة بعد أحداث تيقنتورين جعلت السلطات الجزائرية تعيد النظر في العقيدة الأمنية المتبعة في ظل التحديات التي تعيشها البيئة الخارجية المجاورة و انعكاساتها على إعادة صياغة الآليات و المكانزمات التي تضمن الحماية الكاملة للجزائر من أي خطر يهدد وحدتها الترابية و استقلالها و سيادتها الوطنية. The geographical neighborhood of Algeria, which extends for more than six thousand km, lives in an unstable security situation, directly threatening national security due to the intersection between terrorist groups, drug traffickers, organized crime and money laundering in the Sahara Desert, which had repercussions affecting the stability and security of Algeria Especially after the events of Tigentourine, the Algerian authorities made a review of the security doctrine used in light of the challenges facing the neighboring external environment and its repercussions on reformulating the mechanisms and mechanisms that guarantee the full protection of Algeria from any threat threatening its territorial integrity, independence and national sovereignty.
