المقاربة الاجتماعيّة لظاهرة التّنمّر: الأسباب والحلول المعالجة لها. (دراسة ميدانيّة)

الملخص
تعتبر الظّاهرة الاجتماعيّة حقلا ديناميّا دخيلا على السّلوكيّات الطّبيعيّة لعناصر المجتمع الإنساني. إذ وجب على الباحث دراسته والغوص في آليّاته، وفي ما يتضمّنه من قوانين وسنن، تُفرض على أفراد المؤسّسة الاجتماعيّة. ويظلّ تفعيل الظّاهرة الاجتماعيّة خاضعا للعلاقات بين الأفراد؛ فإذا حصل الانسجام بينهم اندثرت الظّاهرة الاجتماعيّة، وإذا حصل الانفصال تفشّت ونمت. وتهتمّ هذه الدّراسة الميدانيّة بالبحث في ظاهرة التّنمّر كظاهرة اجتماعيّة مسّت المجتمعات العربيّة وخرقت أصولها وقواعدها ونواميسها. لذلك شملت هذه الدّراسة التّطرّق للإطار النّظري والمفهومي لظاهرة التّنمّر من المنظور الاجتماعي، والخوض في الأسباب المؤدّية في تفشّي ظاهرة التّنمّر في مدينة سيدي علي بن عون من ولاية سيدي بوزيد من الجمهوريّة التّونسيّة، والتّطرّق إلى الحلول المقترحة لمعالجة هذه الظّاهرة. The social phenomenon is considered a dynamic field intruding on the natural behaviors of the elements of human society. The researcher must study it and delve into its mechanisms, and the laws and norms that it includes, which are imposed on the members of the social institution. The activation of the social phenomenon remains subject to the relations between individuals; If harmony occurs between them, the social phenomenon vanishes, and if separation occurs, it spreads and grows. This field study is concerned with researching the phenomenon of bullying as a social phenomenon that affected Arab societies and violated their origins, rules and laws. Therefore, this study included addressing the theoretical and conceptual framework of the phenomenon of bullying from a social perspective, delving into the causes leading to the spread of bullying in the city of Sidi Ali Ben Aoun, Sidi Bouzid state of the Tunisian Republic, and addressing the proposed solutions to address this phenomenon.
