أسباب رفض نشر البحوث العلمية في المجلات الجزائرية المصنفة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التحرير

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على أسباب رفض نشر البحوث العلمية في المجلات الجزائرية المصنفة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التحرير، حيث استهدفت الدراسة عينةمكونةمن55 عضو من أعضاء هيئة التحرير بالمجلات الجزائرية المصنفة، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، تم استخدام استبيانه الكترونية مخصصة لهذا الغرض ؛ وقد أسفر التحليل الإحصائي لبيانات الدراسة على أن: أكثر أسباب رفض نشر البحوث هي السرقة العلمية، ضعف الجانب المنهجي في طرح الموضوع، تفسير ومناقشة سطحية للنتائج، عدم الانسجام بين المحتوى وعنوان البحث ، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أسباب رفض نشر البحوث في المجلات العلمية تعزى لمتغير صفة عضو هيئة التحرير، وتخصص المجلة ، في ضوء هذه النتائج تم تقديم جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the reasons for refusing to publish scientific research in classified Algerian journals from the point of view of the members of the editorial board, where the study targeted a sample of 55 members of the editorial board of the Algerian journals classified, the study relied on the descriptive approach, and its electronic questionnaire was used dedicated to this purpose; The statistical analysis of the study data revealed that the most common reasons for refusing to publish research are scientific plagiarism, weakness of the methodological aspect in raising the topic, superficial interpretation and discussion of the results, inconsistency between the content and the title of the research, and The study also showed statistically significant differences in the reasons for refusing to publish research in scientific journals due to the variable status of the editorial board member, and the journals specializes. In light of these results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented.
