الملخص
The degital technology has improved the field of deafness, by the invention of the cochlea implant. This reconstructive surgary of inner ear gave hope to many cases who suffer from this illness in order to regain their oral and verbal competence by getting this medical benifit, i twill be an intensive care and speech therapy to every patient. The use of the oral language by those who have benifit from the cochlea implant remains a relative matter and differs from case to an other, this is why it should be some level tests to evaluate the rate of development in the oral communication for its both pols the receptive and expressive fonction.
